Glad in the Garden

550.00

Up the road from our small town in the Black Forest we had a self-service flower patch.  These were commonly found at the edge of all the small towns and featured easy perennials.  We would walk up the hill, drop a few coins, and wander down the rows with the borrowed knife searching for that day's best blooms.  I love that this kind of trust in community and strangers is still practiced today.

Experience the stalk-y abandon of "Glad" on your walls as a reminder of the good things in life - beauty, truth, and joy!
